New build properties are
particularly prolific in Costa Blanca South, with numerous new urbanizations
springing up from Torrevieja south to Murcia. Starting prices can
be considerably lower than those on the Costa del Sol and the infrastructure
in these areas is having to develop rapidly to keep up with the rate
of building.
Costa Blanca North has fewer off-plan opportunities as the land has
been largely developed, although there is still a lot of growth around
Javea, Denia and Gandia. Building in the north tends to be more controlled
and prices are higher than in Costa Blanca South, on a par with the
Costa del Sol. |
