Alanda Flamingos looks set to become one of the most exclusive golf urbanisations on the coast. Prices start at 450,000 euros for two-bedroom first-floor apartment, from 565,000 euros for two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor apartments and from 586,000 euros for two-bedroom penthouses. There are also three-bedroom two-storey penthouses available from 1,058,794 euros to 1,148,142 euros. The development is due for completion in 2006.

Alanda Flamingos is set on a prestigious site, 5 minutes from the nearest beach, 10 minutes from the luxury harbour at Puerto Banus, 15 minutes from central Marbella and 45 minutes from Malaga airport. Besides the vast green of Los Flamingos Golf and three other courses nearby, there is the five-star Villa Padierna Hotel and Spa onsite, a second luxury golf course on tap.
